OmsessionTCG – Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

At OmsessionTCG, all sales are considered final.

Due to the nature of trading card products—including sealed packs, boxes, and collectible items—we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review each case individually and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Opened Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any opened products.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Trading card packs

  • Booster boxes

  • Bundles

  • Mystery products

All opened items are considered final sale.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

After this window, orders are processed automatically and cannot be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item was never delivered (verified by carrier)

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived significantly damaged

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit

  • Replacement item

  • Original payment method (at our discretion)

Chargebacks & Disputes

We take chargebacks very seriously.

By placing an order with OmsessionTCG, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

We maintain detailed records of all transactions, including:

  • Order confirmations

  • Shipping and delivery tracking

  • Customer communications

These records will be used to dispute any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OmsessionTCG is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
